German Course Online – Intensive

In this live online German course you will learn German via Zoom in a virtual classroom with a group of 6 to 10 people from all over the world. You will use a text book and a work book covering ½ level according to CEFR. The levels according to CEFR are: A1.1 and A1.2 | A2.1 and A2.2 | B1.1 and B1.2| B2.1 and B2.2 | C1.1 and C1.2. If you are not sure what prior language knowledge you have and which course level you should select, please use our placement test before booking the course online or contact us via e-mail.

In this German intensive course you will train Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing with the books „Menschen“ on A1, A2 and B2 level or „Sicher!“ on B2 and C1 level. You will have two live online lessons of 45 min per day. For homework assignments you need to plan about two hours per day. At the end of this German course you can take a final online test. If you participate in at least 80 percent of the classes you will receive a Sprachschatz-Certificate confirming your participation in the course according to CEFR.

After booking this course you will receive a booking confirmation and all information on your course, on the books and your Zoom-link.

Requirements: internet connection and computer with camera and microphone; if using digital books: preferably additional computer or tablet. The books are to be bought by yourself (about 23,00 euro) either as paper back or as digital books. They are easily available online. Information on the course books will be sent to you after booking.

Time zones and schedules: You will need to choose a German course which schedule corresponds to your local time zone. Our intensive German group courses start at 09.00 or at 16.00 CET (Central European Time). So, if you are in Germany, Europe, Africa or the Near East you got the choice. If you are in Asia, you should choose 09.00 CET. If you are located in the Western hemisphere, 16.00 CET is the right choice.
